Chilomastix mesnili trophozoites - pear shaped 6 - 24 microns (average 10 - 15) x 4 - 8 microns. One nucleus 3 anterior flagella with 1 in cytostome. Cytostome prominent 1/3 to 1/2 of body and spiral groove on ventral surface.
